Important Information

Please note that check-in is at Residence Aviotel, loc. La Pila, 57034 Campo nell'Elba (LI), 2 km from the apartments.

Apartments must be left clean; optional final cleaning is available at an additional cost. Final cleaning is obligatory for stays from 21st June to 24th August and 2nd November to 20th March.

Linen can be rented on site. Air conditioning and heating are available at extra costs.

Payment and cancelation conditions

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 45 days before date of arrival, 10 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, 30 percent of all nights will be charged.

If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
